Banana Chocolate Cake

Wow, i had placed an order on a 1 1/2 recipe of Banana Chocolate cake for this saturday party.

Hmm, well it cost less than RM90.00, can fit around 25 - 35 people. I think should be enough!

My Birthday Party soon!

Yeah, I am planning to organize my Birthday BBQ party somewhere this coming Saturday, 2004 7.00 p.m. in my aunt's condo Riana Green, in Tropicana Area. Well i am only inviting my working colleagues, degree classmates and my home town friends (of course my relatives too).

I am on a limited budget on this Birthday, so can't really invite many people to attend.

I hope it doesn't rain on Saturday night :(

When will my dream come true?

Sad to say this. But it is a fact. I had been trying hard to join Microsoft for the past 2 years. I agreed that i had still many things to pick up and be strong in.

Microsoft Malaysia Intern - fail in early 2003
Microsoft Marketing Champion - suppose to get it, but i ask them to give me 2 days to confirm and they gave out my position :(
Microsoft Redmond - 2004 (sharepoint portal server team) - fail maybe i inexperienced in c++
Microsoft Redmond - 2004 (portal technologies) - do not want to hire international relocation, why? but the job need 4++ working experiences... too bad!

But again, even how many times i fail, I will keep on trying! But Microsoft is my dream job and I had pushing my dreams over the years as a student and even now!

Hope one day I can step in Microsoft Redmond :) and bring Malaysia proud.

Even until now, I still remembered my past in the APIIT Damansara Technical Team.

I like to talked about my history and my bad experiences there.

It had been 4 generations, and I always wanted to contribute my dreams and passion to that team, even though I am not an APIIT student anymore.

Yesterday, the new batch of Technical Team felt that quality of Technical Assistant in APIIT TPM had decreased far too much if compare to the earlier batch 4 generations ++.

They are deciding to special invite me, Seong Heng, Lee Ing back and many other seniors for a 4 hours training. Well i was asked by Diong and Wen Fu to see whether i can come back to help. Yes of course.

Just because the T&I and the R&D banned the previous seniors to come back for 3 - 4 generations.

Me - 2002 Software Assistant and then to Software Head Department
Seong Heng - Nov 2002 - Dec 2003 Software Head Department
Lee Ing - Dec 2003 - end of 2003 Software Head Department
Khim - 2002 Best Technical Assistant, 2002 Admin Head, 2003 ETR Head

We will be back to teach all technical assistant, especially the software department. I hope this time, the software department head will value it and past down the skills to the new batch of probations.

I always encouraged all the new software heads to past down their skills before they leave. It seems to be bad when:

(fired head) -(no skills)--> Me --(all my skills)--> Seong Heng --(partial skills)--> Lee Ing --(less skills)--> Peter --(lesser skills)--> Ban Soon

I am Lee Ing senior, but she was a part time student, so she hardly attended my 6 days training sessions. Can't blame her. But things wasn't being past down as I planned 2 years ago. Lee Ing, Peter and Ban Soon had never started with any assistant positions unlike me and Seong Heng, we started off as assistant and then as Heads.

Furthermore I had failed to get into TA for nearly 5 times, only the 6th time I was selected. I can see the flow of technical team in terms of quality and always prioritize quality among technical assistants. Sigh, but APIIT CSD cares about customer services and neglects everything. Can't believe they hired Kenix that time! A not qualified member.
